Our offices are based in Sutton Coldfield and we have been established since 1994.
We provide legal advice and assistance to businesses and individuals. We are small enough to give a personal service but large enough to have the appropriate expertise.
We are one of very few firms in the locality that can offer a full range of legal services to businesses without the need to travel to city centres with the accompanying higher levels of fees.
Whether you have a small family business or you work in or own a much larger company, are buying a house or making a will, we will provide a friendly and specialised service and will work alongside you to ensure that you are kept up to date and informed every step of the way.
Please take a look around our site to see what services we offer and how we can help you.

Probate
When someone dies leaving a Will it is very often necessary to obtain something called Probate to deal with their affairs. The Grant of Probate gives authority on behalf of the deceased to deal with, for example, Banks and Building Societies. The assets of the deceased are collected and then paid out in accordance with the terms of the Will.
We are appointed by the executors of the estate to assist them with the various procedures and documentation to deal with the deceased’s estate.
