Private Client Paralegal/Legal Exec

Taking instruction form the client for the preparation of all aspects of Will drafting, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney applications.

Overseeing the signing process of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys and attending to the registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Assisting the fee earners and partners with their case load where necessary.
